Lingfield Bound followed up his debut at Lingfield Park last week with another solid performance in the Lingfieldpark.co.uk Maiden Stakes over one mile this time partnered by our Apprentice Jockey Marc Halford. He chased the Mark Johnston favourite in the final furlong and kept on well to take a clear second place. (Pictured black/grey silks eventually pulling 4f clear of third placed horse).
Later in the card his stable companion Sapphire Prince battled for a place in the Golf and Racing Handicap over 1 mile. He kept on well under jockey George Baker in the final furlong where he was headed eventually taking a well fought third place. (Pictured red/green silks and sheepskin noseband).
