Lingfield Park Owners Group will run from 01/11/2012 to 01/11/2014.

Each partner in LPOG makes a single payment of £999.  Possible payment of a maximum of £499 in year two depending on prize money/potential sale of horse(s), This will cover costs such as:

There are no hidden extras!

As the horses run and hopefully win, John Best will constantly assess their value and choose the opportune time to sell.  This could be at any point during the term, in the best interest of the owners, in order to maximize profit or minimize loss.  A decision will be made before the end of the term as to where and when the horses are sold. This is likely to be at a public auction.

After the end of the term, each owner will receive his or her share of the proceeds from the sale of the horses (net costs), plus their share of the prize money accumulated. Depending on the circumstances, there could possibly be an option for those owners interested, to buy back into the horse for a further year. Further details will be issued nearer the time.

There will be a Racing Manager who will be in touch with information about entry/declaration and race details.  Any questions please contact Helen Williams 07502 168268 or email helen@racehorse-ownership.com
