Instrumentalist followed up his successful run at Doncaster last week with another solid performance over a 1m 2f handicap at Bath. He was in touch under Liam Keniry and driven to challenge 2f out. He battled on strongly with the leading pair and took third place near the line for owners Kingsgate Racing.

Kingsgate Racing's Instrumentalist put in a strong performance in a 1m 2f handicap in a 16 strong field at Doncaster tonight. He raced midfield under Frederik Tylicki before making headway 2f out. He made his challenge in the final furlong to sweep past the leading pair and kept on well when challenged near the line to take second place for Kingsgate Racing Syndicate.
