Lupo D'Oro followed up his second place in a competitive Newmarket handicap with a strong late run in a 5f handicap at Sandown today.
John Fahy took the ride after Luke Morris and a number of other jockeys who had ridden at Lingfield earlier, were delayed by traffic congestion on the M25. He made progress 1f out, not quite getting a clear run, to finish strongly once again taking another second place for owners Simon Malcolm, Paul Tindall and Malcolm Winwright. This smart son of Amadeus Wolf is providing his owners with plenty of fun giving them their eleventh placing from fifteen runs.
