Hucking Harkness
2005 chestnut colt by Dr Fong out of Dalaauna (by Cadeaux Genereux)
We've named this colt "Hucking Harkness" after the character of Captain Jack Harkness from Doctor Who and Torchwood, and actor John Barrowman, who plays Captain Jack in both series, visited John Best's yard recently to meet his namesake.

Dr Fong was a seven to ten furlong winner who produces horses that generally stay nine or ten furlongs. He also sires many two-year-old winners.
This colt's dam, Dalaauna, is a full sister of Hoh Magic, the European champion two-year-old filly of 1994, and also to nine-times winner Handsome Singer.
